Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience leading teams in a software development environment

- Comfortable coordinating work across different roles and disciplines
- Able to balance delivery constraints with healthy, sustainable team practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
