About the role
- Implement the commercial strategy in your territory by communicating the network’s directions and executing appropriate action plans.
- Expand the workforce: analyze needs, anticipate movements, manage sourcing, conduct interviews, and ensure the onboarding of new employees.
- Lead and energize the team: set and monitor objectives, analyze activities, apply corrective measures as needed, provide interim coverage during absences, and supervise the organizational assistant.
- Support training: ensure the rollout of training programs, maintain and develop the skills of managers and trainers, and implement targeted development plans.
- Ensure ethical conduct: promote high-quality customer service, conduct necessary investigations, and monitor production.
- Drive operations: report to your regional manager and propose directions and action plans to correct any deviations.
Requirements
- Proven managerial experience of more than 10 years
- Ability to unite teams and provide clear purpose
- Strong expertise in recruitment techniques and conducting hiring interviews
- Good listening skills, availability, coaching ability and strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, decisive, and able to take a strategic perspective
- Rigorous, organized, with strong planning and delegation skills
- Valid Category B driving license required (regular travel expected)
