Responsibilities

  • Support a company in the digitization of processes
  • Assist customers by providing project support, resources, and expertise

  • Verify and collect documents on the platform

  • Adapt contracts based on needs and compliance
  • Processing payment requests and invoicing support
  • Conduct IT tests in development and production environments
  • Provide customer support via calls and emails

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Law – completed or in progress
  • Italian language required
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Interest in the world of tax credit and B2B financing
