Responsibilities
- Παρακολουθεί και καταγράφει τις εισπράξεις και τις πληρωμές σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις του προϋπολογισμού (budget mapping).
- Διαχειρίζεται και υλοποιεί τις πληρωμές που πραγματοποιούνται σε εταιρικό επίπεδο.
- Προετοιμάζει την τεκμηρίωση τραπεζικών εμβασμάτων.
- Επικοινωνεί με εκπρόσωπους τραπεζών διευκολύνοντας τη ροή των πληρωμών.
- Παρακολουθεί τα τραπεζικά υπόλοιπα και πραγματοποιεί συμφωνίες λογαριασμών.
- Διατηρεί ενημερωμένο το σύνολο των αρχείων που αφορούν τις εταιρικές συναλλαγές.
- Συνεργάζεται με άλλα τμήματα για τη διασφάλιση της ροής πληροφοριών για εισπράξεις/πληρωμές.
- Παρακολουθεί και διεκπεραιώνει τις προθεσμιακές καταθέσεις, σε επικοινωνία με τις Τράπεζες.
- Διαχειρίζεται αιτήματα Έκδοσης Εγγυητικών Επιστολών.
- Συντάσσει αρχεία με τις εγγυητικές επιστολές που εκδίδονται.
- Παρέχει υποστήριξη σε βοηθητικά έργα για σκοπούς περιοδικού κλεισίματος (συμβατικών υποχρεώσεων) σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες του τμήματος και της εταιρείας.
Requirements
- Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης στον τομέα των Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων.
- 2 έτη προηγούμενης εργασιακής εμπειρίας στα εξής: **o διαδικασίες ταμειακής διαχείρισης o τραπεζικές συναλλαγές και συμφωνίες τραπεζικών λογαριασμών **o ταμειακές πρακτικές**o γνώση των ελληνικών λογιστικών προτύπων ή των διεθνών προτύπων χρηματοοικονομικής αναφοράς.
- Εξοικείωση σε υπολογιστικά φύλλα, εφαρμογές MS Office καθώς και χρηματοοικονομικό λογισμικό
- Γνώση του SAP ή/και άλλου συστήματος ERP
- Άριστη χρήση της αγγλικής γλώσσας**
