Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch
Break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
Support horizontal teams focused on enhancing digital claims experience
Guide customers seamlessly from initial notification of injury through to offer stage
Drive GEICO's digital transformation by collaborating with teams to implement cutting edge technologies
Foster a culture of innovation and ensure seamless integration of digital solutions across the organization
Work with Engineering and Business on requirements and coordinate/communicate between different workstreams.
Lead cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery
Own and prioritize the long-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes
Leverage modern architecture & great design to identify problem-solution fit
Evaluate trade-offs and negotiate requirements
Create and use compelling, informative artifacts to influence stakeholders
Understand current and future state architecture
Evaluate and decompose user needs into technical features and stories
Hands-on experience with building, implementing, and monitoring API’s
Identify and measure KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management
At least 5 years of experience translating features into consumer or associate facing products
At least 5 years managing all aspects of a product feature throughout its lifecycle from concept to delivery
At least 5 years leading cross-functional teams that drive results during product discovery and product delivery
At least 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products
Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions
Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Insurance Injury experience preferred
High sense of accountability and strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as software engineering or computer science
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tooling to accelerate product delivery.
