About the role

Responsibilities

  • Observe and perform various equipment service processes to drive customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot imaging equipment issues and implement appropriate repairs
  • Complete necessary service and repair documentation following hospital protocol
  • Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
  • Enhance technical knowledge of current standards regarding safe use of medical equipment
  • Mentor and assist experienced technicians

Requirements

  • AS, BS, MS degree, military education, certificate program, current student with less than 12 months from completion OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 months experience servicing electronic, IT or mechanical equipment
  • Previous experience and/or coursework interpreting schematic diagrams and performing troubleshooting and planned maintenance on diagnostic imaging or electronic equipment
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
