Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior Services role directing the delivery of highly complex software solutions.
- Proven experience in a senior technical role within a system integrator or Software Consultancy practice.
- Proven experience in defining and managing delivery teams.
- Proven experience in defining and assigning work packages.
- DevOps and Agile methodology.
- Industry knowledge in the field of operation and multi sites project organizations.
- Process and methodology oriented.
- Highly collaborative and able to work across the organization to accomplish common goals.
- Ability to focus on the critical business outcomes and drive teams to achieving these goals.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel (subject to project demands).
