About the role

  • Delivery Manager overseeing GE Vernova Digital Grid Software projects ensuring effective coordination and execution of services.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure coordination with implementation Services teams including Solution Design, Solution Integration and Global Delivery Centres.
  • Own the project’s Delivery Model and be the Technical Leader on the Project.
  • Manage and execute software deployment, configuration, integration and testing.
  • Contribute to Customer management activities for technical coordination establishing trust.
  • Trigger and validate engineering Gate Reviews.
  • Validate project scope reviews and document change requests or project risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior Services role directing the delivery of highly complex software solutions.
  • Proven experience in a senior technical role within a system integrator or Software Consultancy practice.
  • Proven experience in defining and managing delivery teams.
  • Proven experience in defining and assigning work packages.
  • DevOps and Agile methodology.
  • Industry knowledge in the field of operation and multi sites project organizations.
  • Process and methodology oriented.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work across the organization to accomplish common goals.
  • Ability to focus on the critical business outcomes and drive teams to achieving these goals.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (subject to project demands).
