Responsibilities
- Planning, management and coordination of concurrent e-commerce and SaaS projects
- Maintaining roadmaps and project plans and continuously aligning priorities
- Transparent management of various topics such as features, support requests, integrations and product initiatives
- Close collaboration with the Product Owner and development team to make optimal use of available capacity
- Proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding schedule changes or new requirements
- Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring clear project and status reporting
- Developing processes, workflows and metrics to improve predictability and planning
Requirements
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an e-commerce, SaaS or agency environment
- Confident use of Jira and Confluence and a good sense for meaningful project and reporting structures
- Experience with agile working methods and a preference for pragmatic solutions
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a good sense for prioritization
- Independent, structured way of working and the drive to actively move things forward
- Very good German and good English skills
- Certifications are not required — your practical experience and commitment to delivering projects successfully are more important
