About the role
- EPC Partnering Manager leading partnering activities for TK deals in the UAE. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify EPC partners and negotiate agreements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the partnering activities for very TK deals in their respective region.
- Identify / Evaluate / Qualify / Develop new Partner for future Turnkey opportunities.
- You will lead a cross-functional team of key project functions.
- Assess potential EPC Partner's capability across Safety, Compliance, Quality Management.
- Negotiate Consortium Agreement terms, scope/DOR and other execution principals.
- Own & Lead internal and external alignments on Consortium Agreement & its associated Appendices.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent.
- 10+ years professional experience, preferably in Gas Power
- Good understanding of EPC industry and priorities
- Good understanding of various contracting structures specifically Consortium Partnerships
- Good understanding of Heavy Duty project and execution risks
- Project/program Management and cross functional management experience
