About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the global doctoring products offering, including supply chain and pricing models.
- Drive commercial activities: product marketing, test runs, lead generation and sales support.
- Support customers through audits, product trials, problem solving and training, providing data‑based improvement proposals.
- Develop and train regional Product Sales Managers while collaborating closely with engineering, production units and the supply chain.
- Ensure global knowledge transfer, manage references and contribute to internal training and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in paper/process technology, engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of international Pulp & Paper experience.
- Strong understanding of doctoring processes; experience with doctoring products is an advantage.
- Customer‑focused and sales‑driven mindset, with strong resilience and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Solid analytical, strategic and communication skills, supported by good IT literacy (ERP/PLM/CRM; CAD tools are a plus).
- Ability to train and support others, and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 100 days/year).
