Responsibilities
Lead Contract Management support in the execution of complex equipment and extended scope, domestic and international Gas Turbine Power Plant Projects
Model excellence as a Contract Managers to help guide the CM team
Manage a team of Contract Managers and coach them in their standard work activities, including training, operational and administrative issues, and escalations
Conduct 1:1 sessions with Contract Managers (weekly/bi-weekly)
Provide feedback to the CM Pole Leader on systemic issues and improvement trends based on observations from their CM’s experiences
Drive continuous improvement for their team and participate in initiatives as directed by the CM Pole Leader
Report to the Pole CM Leader and provide critical updates and escalations as needed
Support the CM’s priorities setting, Mid-Year checkpoints, and annual evaluations
Support Pole CM in identifying lessons learned and feeding back to ITO team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, contract management, or a related field
Demonstrated experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Power Generation industry
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as business needs require
