About the role

  • Lead Technical Program Manager overseeing multiple engagements in the Power Enterprise Solutions IT organization. Driving digital transformation of ERP systems with focus on AI and Cloud-native technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively and holistically lead, consult and/or oversee multiple engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions IT organization in response to disruptive trends and execution of change toward the desired business vision and outcomes.
  • Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes/sub-processes, data sources, data models, systems, and workflows into a common enterprise-wide data model within application framework.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Finance area processes and supporting applications functionality.
  • Gather Requirements and collaborate with functional partners for prioritizations to drive the business outcome.
  • Provide Business Support with adhoc reports, data queries, reconciliations during Monthly, Quarterly and Year End Close.
  • Drive Oracle landscape simplification by collaborating with other value stream leaders as well VDL/FDL Reporting, Enterprise Architecture and Data Science.
  • Ensure compliance with all application policies including HPA, security and code reviews across all applications and platforms within scope.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, working with a variety of teams to identify and prioritize ways in which the product can support our internal processes, and our business users in more efficient and effective ways.
  • Demonstrate ability to influence functional and development partners through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills.
  • Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, including Agentic and Generative AI, industry and market trends to assist in project development for the Enterprise Solutions team.
  • Ensures compliance and regular monitoring of IT & SOX policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience, or equivalent experience/knowledge
  • Oracle ERP experience mainly in Finance and sourcing area
  • Experience in leading international Programs and Projects
  • Been able to manage multiple stakeholders (DT and business)
  • Finance Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of AI is a plus
  • Fluent English knowledge is essential.
