Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of DevOps best practices to optimize software development and deployment processes.
- Ensure the proper documentation of those best practices.
- Lead the implementation and tracking of DevOps maturity KPIs to drive continuous improvement, also including the use of internal audits.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance the CI/CD pipeline, either on-prem or cloud-based solutions.
- Leverage scalable Cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure platforms.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in DevSecOps, AI/ML and Cloud best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- At least 10 years of experience in a DevOps or Cloud role.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and migrating DevOps tools.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure Cloud platforms.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
