Responsibilities
- Responsible for continuous and sustainable elimination of maintenance and engineering losses
- Lead problem solving as corporate support in the Technical Competency Center
- Build capabilities and lead improvements in the Maintenance Department without direct authority
- Provide strategic and tactical direction to less senior engineers
- Support factories with asset Maintenance according to Nestlé Strategy
- Establish “Continuous Improvement and Zero Loss” culture in Maintenance
- Assist in Master plan & Skill development for proactive maintenance program
- Validate results achieved in the program, monitor plant/equipment trends
Requirements
- Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering (Maintenance & Reliability, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical or equivalent)
- Minimum 7 years of related work experience
- Certified Level 3 Vibration analyst
- Recognized skills in Engineering and Maintenance
- Knowledge and understanding of continuous improvement methodologies
- Good working knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
