About the role
- Senior Reliability Engineer responsible for maintaining and improving plant asset reliability processes while ensuring safe operations and high product quality. Requires collaboration with clients and complex problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide organization, planning, direction, and control of reliability and technical documentation for a client
- Perform complex reliability engineering assignments
- Oversee the reliability technical care and condition of client assets
- Assure technical availability of client plant according to production requirements
- Plan, manage, and organize reliability engineering and technical support
- Provide client-specific technical expertise on new process developments
- Assist in general improvements in client organizations
- Manage technical coordination for implementing Asset Reliability Processes
- Detect potential failures using predictive technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering from an accredited university is required
- 5+ years of extensive progressive reliability process and plant experience
- A comprehensive understanding of business operations and cost management principles
- Proficient in identifying and implementing cost-saving measures
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- In-depth understanding of reliability engineering principles and practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of plant and asset requirements
- Expertise in maintenance and project management
- Proficiency in applying reliability engineering techniques to various client needs
