Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify process improvement opportunities
Design and present future state processing options
Work with CBP to implement the future state process
Develop communication strategy for future state process
Develop change management activities to support the rollout of future state
Monitor measure and refine the new process
Develop detailed process maps and business process procedure documentation
Support the design of complex solutions including the implementation of business rules, mobile, online, and handheld applications
Support Business Process Reengineering capture of time and motion metrics
Requirements
5 + years of related experience
U.S. Citizenship Required
Bachelors degree preferred in a technical discipline or equivalent years of experience
5 - 10 years analyzing and reengineering business processes into functional technology solutions
Agile analysis and design experience
Strong understanding of integration points required to develop complex solutions integrating multiple systems
Experience with customer facing financial business processes and technology implementations
