About the role

  • Data Migration Analyst preparing, cleansing, and validating critical business data for the Salesforce migration project. Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure data readiness for project milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual data entry, formatting, and validation across multiple datasets.
  • Cleanse and standardise data according to predefined migration rules and templates.
  • Support data extraction, preparation, and quality checks for migration cycles.
  • Flag inconsistencies, gaps, or issues for review with the project team.
  • Work daily with Data Leads to ensure readiness for test and production loads.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of data changes and follow established controls.
  • Assist with general project administration tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and structured data.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks reliably.
  • Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to follow defined processes and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work collaboratively with the project team.
  • Interest in data, digital systems, or project delivery (no prior experience required).
