About the role

  • Key Account Manager developing B2B partnerships in the gastronomy sector. Collaborating with clients and teams to optimize account strategies for long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • You enjoy building long-term partnerships at management and decision-maker level
  • You develop tailored key account strategies and implement them together with your team
  • You confidently lead profit-oriented and complex proposal, pricing and contract negotiations
  • You identify cross- and upselling opportunities and successfully convert them
  • You analyze market, customer and competitor data to make informed decisions
  • You work closely with internal teams such as Sales, After Sales, Purchasing and Marketing

Requirements

  • You have experience in managing and strategically developing large customers (key accounts)
  • You have prior experience in Key Account Management or strategic B2B sales
  • Ideally, you have sector knowledge in hospitality, foodservice or retail
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills on the phone and by email
  • You work in a structured and independent manner
  • You speak German very well; English skills and other languages are an advantage
  • Ideally, you have experience with Shopify, Zendesk, Pipedrive or similar CRM systems
