Responsibilities
You enjoy building long-term partnerships at management and decision-maker level
You develop tailored key account strategies and implement them together with your team
You confidently lead profit-oriented and complex proposal, pricing and contract negotiations
You identify cross- and upselling opportunities and successfully convert them
You analyze market, customer and competitor data to make informed decisions
You work closely with internal teams such as Sales, After Sales, Purchasing and Marketing
Requirements
You have experience in managing and strategically developing large customers (key accounts)
You have prior experience in Key Account Management or strategic B2B sales
Ideally, you have sector knowledge in hospitality, foodservice or retail
Strong communication and negotiation skills on the phone and by email
You work in a structured and independent manner
You speak German very well; English skills and other languages are an advantage
Ideally, you have experience with Shopify, Zendesk, Pipedrive or similar CRM systems
