About the role
- Associate Manager overseeing the development of site tests for Gap Online. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on execution and analysis of marketing strategies in ecommerce.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior Manager on test selection, sizing, prioritization.
- Gather and organize needed actions to active a test.
- Own build notes, partner with team and technical managers.
- Provide daily updates on test status, needed actions, and risks/issues.
- Own test brief for test design for UX and Digital Partners.
- Acts as a first line of support for cross-functional teams when production issues occur.
- Proactively seeks out opportunities to learn more about business processes and systems.
- Build competitive sweeps of the marketplace to help the team stay informed with new and innovative experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of marketing, product or merchandising planning and execution experience in retail/ecommerce.
- Proficiency with organizational programs (OneDrive, SharePoint, SmartSheet, Airtable).
- Knowledge of ecommerce content management and testing tools (CMS, Optimizely, TestFlight).
- Understanding of ecommerce content management processes, including direct experience with site and app tools and technologies.
- Experience in managing and communicating deliverables for multiple projects at any given time.
- Highly process-oriented with superior skills in defining business processes.
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
