Requirements
Minimum 9 to 10 years' experience in a similar or equivalent role, with a specialization in strategy games
Experience working on AAA titles
Fluent in English
Bilingual French highly recommended
Mastery of the full spectrum of game design
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and interact with a wide variety of profiles (developers, player community, etc.)
Creative skills and the ability to make informed judgments about different game systems
