About the role

  • Lead Qualification Specialist at GALVANY focusing on customer interest and sales preparation in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities

  • Initial telephone outreach to prospects and qualification of incoming leads
  • Identify customer needs and present our product/service portfolio in short, focused conversations
  • Schedule appointments for qualified leads with our field sales representatives
  • Maintain all relevant information in the CRM system
  • Close collaboration with the sales team and continuous feedback to optimize the sales process
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of call scripts

Requirements

  • Experience in telephone customer outreach, e.g., in inside sales, telesales, sales, or lead generation
  • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and enjoyment in engaging and winning over customers
  • Structured, goal-oriented, and reliable working style
  • Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools
  • Fluent German, spoken and written (C2 level)
