Quality Manager / Trainer enhancing installation standards for heat pump deployments with a focus on training and documentation. Collaborating with external partners for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Create, maintain and continuously develop training materials, technical guides and checklists for external plumbing, heating and HVAC installation partners
Document all relevant installation processes — practical, standardized and easy to understand
Use and, where appropriate, further develop a modern digital tool to train partner companies efficiently (e‑learning, onboarding platforms, video formats, etc.)
Deliver technical training (remote and on-site) for new teams and provide refresher training for existing contractors
Perform quality inspections of completed installations based on technical criteria — including on-site checks when required
Prepare qualitative feedback on installations for the respective partner teams
Feed these findings back into the training processes to drive continuous improvement
Work closely with Operations, Key Account Management and the Technical team to further develop our standards
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the plumbing/heating/HVAC field (e.g., heating, sanitary and air‑conditioning installer) — ideally with a master craftsman (Meister) qualification, technician training or an equivalent qualification
Practical experience in heat pump installation
A clear understanding of what high‑quality technical workmanship looks like — and how to lead others to achieve it
Technical affinity and experience using digital tools for knowledge transfer (e.g., Google Workspace, LMS, training videos, interactive training platforms)
Didactic aptitude, a structured working style and strong communication skills
Very good German language skills (C2); Eastern European languages are a plus
