Responsibilities

Requirements
5+ years of benefits administration experience; corporate or multi‑location environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, retirement, and voluntary plans.
Proficiency with HRIS/benefits platforms (ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and process discipline.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support employees and leaders.
