About the role

  • Customer Operations Coordinator ensuring structured project management and smooth customer interactions at Galvanek Bau in Nürnberg. Handling multiple cases and coordinating stakeholder engagement effectively.

Responsibilities

  • CONTROL CASES – Every customer case, from contract signing to final invoice, has a clear status, a next action and an owner.
  • COORDINATE APPOINTMENTS – You coordinate on-site appointments with customers, schedule installations with subcontractors and manage handover walkthroughs after completion.
  • LEAD CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS – Welcome calls, defect resolution, payment collection, coordination with subcontractors and sales.
  • HOLD INTERNAL TEAMS ACCOUNTABLE – Salespeople not updating the CRM? You follow up and enforce updates.
  • KEEP DATA CLEAN – CRM and project management tools are kept up to date on a daily basis.
  • RESOLVE OUTSTANDING ITEMS – You investigate why customers aren’t paying, resolve defects, collect payments and document every step.
  • ESCALATE APPROPRIATELY – Not minimizing escalations, but escalating correctly when needed.

Requirements

  • PRECISE MANAGEMENT – You have simultaneously managed 20+ open cases with multiple stakeholders, deadlines and escalation needs.
  • ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION – You conduct difficult conversations with purpose and clarity.
  • INTERNAL ENFORCEMENT – You get colleagues and service providers to keep their commitments.
  • PROACTIVE FOLLOW-UP – Nothing slips through; you follow up independently and reliably.
  • ACTIVE TOOL USAGE – You use CRM and project management tools actively to steer your work, not just for documentation.
