About the role

  • Associate Director overseeing Ad Ops & Ad Tech execution for clients at GALE Business Agency. Leading teams and driving operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and develop a team by providing direction and guidance to managers and associates.
  • Lead development of Ad Tech and Ad Ops strategies and roadmaps.
  • Be the ad trafficking subject matter expert for ad ops and ad tech related questions.
  • Develop and promote technical roadmaps for Kaizen, the internal campaign management platform.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations team members to create processes to prevent errors and ensure consistency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience with deep subject matter expertise in Ad Ops solutions and architecture.
  • Strong experience with Campaign Manager 360.
  • Experience with digital platforms: programmatic, DMPs, DSPs, Exchanges, ad servers, Tag Management Systems.
  • Quick learner with the eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Knowledge of media platforms and associated media measurement pixels and APIs.
  • Highly detail-oriented and excellent time manager.
  • Good communication skills.
