About the role

  • Director of Sales Force Effectiveness optimizing field sales operations and technologies for Galderma. Collaborating across functions to drive performance and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team dedicated to optimizing field sales operations across all U.S. Galderma Business Units
  • Ensure operational excellence while serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership
  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of sales technologies
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making to accelerate performance
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Market Access, and Commercial Excellence functions
  • Oversee strategic sales planning and resource allocation
  • Manage budgets for sales operations initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries
  • In-depth knowledge of industry sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization, modeling tools, and CRM/BI platforms – including Power BI and Veeva
  • Proven experience communicating complex analyses in a simple and clear manner
  • Superb verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven ability to provide leadership in a team based on a matrix environment
