Requirements
- Three or more years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare industry
- 2+ years' experience with Medicaid (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field preferred
- Experience partnering with information technology and functional business teams
- Experience analyzing, documenting, and re‑engineering business processes
- Experience eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements using structured techniques
- Working knowledge of computer programming concepts and basic languages
