Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to prospective restaurant partners through outbound calls and in-person visits
Present the Future Kitchens® business model and explain how it helps kitchens grow their revenue
Qualify leads based on performance potential and location criteria
Conduct meetings (online and on-site) and close new partnerships
Keep our CRM up to date with notes, outcomes, and next steps
Work closely with the Expansion Lead to refine strategy and market focus
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership acquisition
Excellent command of German and French (English is a plus)
Driver’s license: you will visit partners across Switzerland
Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Goal-oriented, resilient, and motivated by daily targets
