Responsibilities
Actively acquire new customers and maintain existing client relationships within the sales territory of Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Plan and conduct customer visits and business meetings to drive sales
Identify new market and sales opportunities
Present products and services on-site to customers
Prepare quotations and conduct contract negotiations
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
Participate in trade shows and events to represent the company
Maintain the customer database and provide regular reports on sales activities
Support sales-related projects
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in business administration, sales or a related field
Professional experience in sales, ideally in public transport (ÖPNV) or the rail sector
Ability to identify and respond to customer needs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Structured working style and independent, goal-oriented approach
Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and, if necessary, internationally for customer support and business development
