About the role

• Support Finance & Accounting Department with data entry and month-end close at SME financing platform. Engage in audits and assist with financial inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to the Finance & Accounting Department;
• Performing daily office tasks, such as data entry, examining financial records to check for accuracy, etc;
• Assisting with the preparation of month end close, tax reporting and statutory audit of group entities;
• Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data;
• Assisting with the preparation of month end close, tax reporting and statutory audit of group entities;
• Documenting standard operating procedures and give suggestions for process improvement;
• Contribute to department and organization special projects as assigned;
• Support ad-hoc projects or duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Accounting principles
• Knowledge of local accounting/tax standard preferred
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills
• Microsoft office knowledge, particularly Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Enjoy the fast pace environment
• Available for full time internship for 4 - 6 months.
