About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage production costs and perform actual vs. target variance analyses as a (Junior) Production Controller (m/f/d)
- Create and develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards for the production area
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes and activities related to forecasting and budgeting
- Perform cost calculations and evaluate manufacturing costs considering batch sizes and capacity
- Contribute to investment calculations and profitability analyses
- Work closely with production, supply chain and purchasing teams as well as business units
- Drive the development and improvement of systems and reporting tools used
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Controlling, Finance or a comparable qualification
- Some professional experience in controlling/finance, ideally in a manufacturing company (e.g., Junior Controller, Production Controller, Operations Controller, or working student in Controlling)
- Strong analytical skills, excellent numerical aptitude and a structured working style
- Experience with SAP HANA (modules FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, SD) is an advantage
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, BusinessObjects, Tagetik) desirable
- Team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of initiative
