About the role
- Junior Controller combining controlling skills with modern digital tools for budget planning, at Axians Infoma supporting decision making and project collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Independent responsibility for managing our business unit's revenue, cost and profit controlling, including monthly reporting
- Preparation of quarterly reforecasts and the annual budget, as well as ongoing monitoring of variances
- Support for the team lead in the preparation of the year-end closing/annual financial statements
- Collaboration and coordination on ongoing projects and billing with the Sales department
- Define and review monthly and quarterly Exchange Values and support project managers
- Maintain and further develop ERP system functionalities
- Provide decision-making analyses and supporting materials for management
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree (Bachelor/Master) in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on controlling, or equivalent qualification
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SAP experience preferred
- Some initial controlling experience and strong numerical affinity, or relevant commercial work experience desirable
- Committed, highly motivated, resilient and reliable
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented, with a team-oriented approach to work
- Business-fluent German and good English skills
