- Responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, developing and analyzing the feasibility of new innovation projects, and establishing partnerships, implementing and monitoring results.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of pilot projects and new business initiatives.
- Assess the financial and operational feasibility of new projects, preparing projections and cost-benefit analyses.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, seeking strategic partnerships.
- Monitor the performance of implemented projects, using KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Propose new ideas and innovative solutions to the company's challenges.
- Research market trends, competitors and emerging demands that may impact the education sector.
- Participate in investment modeling, contract drafting and the structuring of strategic partnerships.
- Engage internal teams in adopting innovative solutions and in relationships with startups.
- Consolidate information on the portfolio, opportunities and investment performance for the executive board and investors.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Technology, Marketing or related fields.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), project management tools (Monday, Trello, Jira) and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in developing new business initiatives in the technology or education sectors.
