Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt aktiv die Entwicklung regelkonformer Produkte in verschiedenen Branchen wie der Automobilindustrie und Medizintechnik – aber nicht ausschließlich dort.
- Du setzt deine technischen und sozialen Kompetenzen flexibel ein, um je nach Situation als Consultant, Cyber Security Engineer, Prozessentwickler:in, Moderator:in oder Coach zu agieren.
- Du führst Gap-Analysen, Reviews, Assessments und Audits zu normativen Anforderungen, Best Practices und Industriestandards durch.
- Als Consultant befähigst du unsere Kund:innen, Cyber-Security-kritische Produkte (auf System-, Hardware- und Software-Ebene) zu entwickeln, indem du Cyber-Security-Strategien, -Prozesse und -Richtlinien entwirfst und implementierst, um deren interne Infrastruktur zu schützen.
- Du unterstützt unsere FSQ Brand Leads bei der Weiterentwicklung der Cyber-Security-Geschäftsstrategie.
Requirements
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Software Engineering, Elektrotechnik, Physik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Cyber Security.
- Du kennst aktuelle Cyber-Security-Trends und Marktentwicklungen und kannst diese innovativ in Beratungsleistungen integrieren.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Cyber-Security-Methoden und -Konzepten wie Threat Modeling, Verschlüsselung und sicherer Kommunikation.
- Du bist mit mindestens einem branchenrelevanten Cyber-Security-Standard vertraut (z. B. ISO 21434 für Automotive oder IEC 81001-5-1 für Medizintechnik) sowie mit allgemeinen Cybersecurity-Frameworks wie NIST2.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher (mindestens Niveau C1 in beiden Sprachen).
- Du reist gerne gelegentlich und arbeitest gerne in Kundenprojekten innerhalb Deutschlands und im Ausland mit.
