About the role

  • Working student in crisis management at E.ON. Supports process development, tools administration, and internal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support the further development of processes and documentation (e.g., revision of the crisis management manual, optimization of alerting and escalation procedures)
  • Assist in creating internal standards, policies and guidelines for company-wide crisis management
  • Administer and enhance crisis management tools (e.g., alerting and communication tools) and support the setup of crisis infrastructure (e.g., command center facilities)
  • Support strategic initiatives, including crisis communication, and develop internal training formats and training materials
  • Participate in the preparation, execution and follow-up of scenario-based crisis exercises and awareness measures
  • Take on administrative tasks such as appointment coordination and data maintenance
  • Support internal communication in crisis management by creating target-group-specific intranet posts and actively supporting company-wide communication measures

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a degree program in Risk and Security Management, (Business) Informatics/Computer Science, Business Administration/Economics, or a comparable university program—preferably with a security focus
  • Personal interest in (corporate) security, strong communication skills and an excellent command of language, combined with precise, clear written expression
  • Independent and responsible working style and strong team spirit
  • Business-fluent German and conversational English
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
