About the role

  • Senior Analyst responsible for managing compensation and benefits practices at Fruki Bebidas. Ensuring market alignment and legal compliance while supporting strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate preparation of reports for participation in salary surveys to monitor and maintain the company’s competitiveness in the market;
  • Support managers in creating new roles or making necessary structural changes, and perform profile analyses to support an effective recruitment process;
  • Advise on salary ranges when opening vacancies, informing market rates and potential ranges according to the company’s salary table;
  • Ensure the correct execution of salary adjustments and promotions in the payroll system;
  • Draft and ensure the return of documents such as promotion/transfer addendums;
  • Prepare job reports to demonstrate company vs. market pay practices and provide data to leadership for decision-making;
  • Responsible for the request and control process for payments related to internal engagement actions, as well as controlling and authorizing reimbursements related to the celebration policy;
  • Propose new benefits and annually reassess existing benefits, always seeking alignment with market practices and the company’s budget;
  • Ensure compliance with the Equal Pay law;
  • Manage variable compensation, conducting analyses to update the current model and calculating awards to be paid;
  • Calculate the sales performance dashboard (Performance Panel / “Fera em Vendas”), determining indicator attainment and updating the spreadsheet with new information for management review;
  • Control the return of NEG forms and Variable Compensation for Sales and Distribution, ensuring they are signed and comply with legislation;
  • Ensure the application of the Job & Salary Policy and the Benefits Policy;
  • Ensure the creation of positions in the system, as well as the correct update of CBO codes;
  • Ensure the PPR process, from defining strategies, selecting the committee, meetings, communication, monitoring and payment alignment, among other responsibilities of the role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Processes, Financial Management, or related areas;
  • Completed Postgraduate/MBA/Specialization in People Management and Strategic Compensation;
  • Advanced level Microsoft Office skills;
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
  • Experience applying Job & Salary Methodologies, Labor Legislation and legal obligations, Payroll (integration), Variable Compensation – modeling RV (commissions, bonuses, PPR, incentives);
  • We are looking for a professional who is market-aware regarding compensation practices, with business acumen to positively influence leadership discussions, and with analytical and detail-oriented capabilities;
  • Permanent category B driver’s license (CNH B) is a plus;
  • Availability to work Monday–Thursday from 7:30 to 17:30 and Fridays from 7:30 to 16:30 with a 1-hour lunch break;
  • Position based in Lajeado (preferred) or Canoas/RS.
