About the role

  • Creative Designer defining visual direction for multiple Frontier titles. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create innovative and visually compelling work.

Responsibilities

  • Producing high quality, thoughtful creative that meets Frontier’s standards.
  • Working across a range of projects, brand development, social content, event graphics, and digital campaign assets.
  • Concepting and delivering strong visual identities across multiple platforms.
  • Developing design solutions from brief to final delivery, adapting style to each project.
  • Collaborating with Creative, Publishing and Development teams to produce effective online and offline assets.
  • Preparing artwork to digital reprographic standards.
  • Contributing ideas and supporting concept presentations.
  • Helping scope, estimate and deliver complex project work.
  • Providing constructive feedback on internal and external assets.
  • Acting as brand guardian to maintain consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand development, digital design, typography and varied creative work.
  • A passion for design and desire to elevate output.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with strong creative problemsolving.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of digital formats (display ads, HTML emails) and experience in web/digital design.
