Responsibilities

  • Support and act as deputy manager for the restaurant's day-to-day operations
  • Lead and develop a young team
  • Set quality and service targets
  • Actively participate in daily operations
  • Scheduling, inventory management, operational planning & budgeting
  • Ensure quality and hygiene standards, including monitoring restaurant KPIs
  • Conduct interviews and select new employees
  • Carry out employee training

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in the restaurant or hotel industry
  • Good German skills – at least C1 level
  • Experience leading teams
  • You are both a motivator and a supportive point of contact for your team
  • A keen eye for talent
