About the role

Responsibilities
- Work closely with our team to improve the design and functionality of our mobile apps, process tracking system, and other web apps.
- Identify opportunities to improve UI/UX of the mobile and web apps.
- Modify and improve multiple code bases.
- Collect and analyze business-related metrics for internal and external use.
- Analyze mobile and website app data for opportunities and areas of improvement.
Requirements
- Web development experience, or experience with web-related technologies
- C, C++, Java and/or C# experience
- Android or IOS development experience, or a combination framework, Flutter/React Native
- Comfortability working in a fast pace, minimally structured environment
- Highly intuitive and curious
- Self-motivated and independent
- Highly adaptable and resourceful
- Experience with data analysis, Development of data pipelines from various sources
- Curation and population of various data reports
- Accurate and effective data visualization construction
- Experience with GCP, Terraform/IAC, Postgres/SQL
- UI/UX Experience and skill, portfolio expected & appreciated
- General knowledge of business activities in a variety of areas
- Experience in small team environments
- Interest in expanding your current realm of knowledge
- Skills in office data tools, excel or otherwise
