Responsibilities
Manage global initiatives and oversee subsets of global programs (transitions, migrations, rollouts) within your region
Build strong relationships with local business stakeholders
Establish standardized processes to introduce and support global initiatives
Ensure successful regional rollouts aligned with global standards
Lead and motivate project teams within a matrix organization
Govern the domain’s portfolio prioritization processes associated delivery methods
Manage and deliver large-scale projects or smaller programs throughout their full lifecycle
Develop and implement processes in collaboration with Operations to ensure smooth handovers and operational readiness
Contribute to the domain’s strategy development in alignment with the business' strategic imperatives
Drive continuous improvement by identifying and initiating enhancements to existing processes, methods, and standards within the project environment
Own project budgets (internal and external), ensuring financial discipline and transparency
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CWNA) preferred
At least 15 years of professional experience leading IT infrastructure projects in an international business environment
Proven track record of success in delivering complex, global initiatives and regional rollouts (Agile, PMP, or similar frameworks)
At least 5 years of experience leading technical teams in global enterprise environments, with a focus on infrastructure
Familiarity with structured (Agile and Waterfall) project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and ITIL practices
