About the role

  • Provide support to the Indirect Lending area of the Credit Union, handling loan processing and customer inquiries. Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and effective administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming Indirect Auto loan packages
  • Complete Indirect/Pre-Funding checklist, generate, and distribute New Member documents/TISA
  • Fund Indirect loans and ensure proper imaging and handling of loan documents
  • Answer telephone inquiries for retail staff, prepare and deliver routine correspondence to members and dealers
  • Resolve assigned Synapsys service events
  • Process daily payment and monthly reserve settlement notifications to dealers
  • Provide administrative support to the Indirect Department

Requirements

  • One to three years of similar or related experience
  • High school education or GED
  • Skill and ability to use a keyboard, computer, calculator, fax machine, copier, and telephone
  • Skill and ability to read and understand financial statements, contracts, applications, computer printouts, manuals, and other related materials
  • Skill and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters requiring some discussion
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, handling controls, standing, walking, reaching, stropping, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds
