About the role

  • Commercial Operations Manager optimizing inventory processes and elevating sales data quality at Foxway. Shaping long-term commercial success through KPI management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial performance by tracking results, identifying improvement opportunities, and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, support forecasting, and manage risks related to stock shortages or overstock.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights that strengthen competitiveness and support decision-making.
  • Improve sales data quality and reporting in collaboration with Pricing, IT and other departments.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental processes to ensure smooth commercial execution and alignment.
  • Monitor and report key KPIs (revenue, margin, efficiency) and drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Enhance internal workflows and support standardization and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Contribute to long-term commercial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Lead and develop the team, ensuring the right competencies and continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Commercial Planning roles.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and sales operations processes, including pricing, margin, and profitability analysis.
  • Experience with inventory monitoring and forecasting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with high attention to detail and a data quality mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI or reporting tools is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and structure work efficiently.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience guiding or developing team members.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
