Responsibilities

  • Responsible for revenue growth and achievement of sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective direct marketing campaigns
  • Expand and continuously optimize the subscription sales funnel
  • Analyze KPIs and derive and implement concrete growth strategies
  • Plan and control budget and forecast
  • Monitor market developments and competitors
  • Lead and develop sales teams
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Service

Requirements

  • Solid experience in (digital) sales within the media and subscription sector
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a drive for innovation and creativity
  • Experience implementing or using CRM solutions
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Cooperative and appreciative leadership style
  • Native-level German language skills (target audience: DACH)
