Responsibilities
- As a Clinical Education Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to healthcare professionals and clients, promoting technical and scientific knowledge and ensuring safe practices.
- Plan and execute the Regional Clinical Education Plan, including developing and updating technical content and educational programs.
- Deliver lectures, theoretical and practical training, and lead specialist discussions to promote evidence-based practices.
- Serve as an educational and innovation reference for internal teams and external clients, fostering critical and scientific thinking.
- Provide clinical support regarding ASP products and infection prevention to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate proper product use and address customer inquiries.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements to achieve targets.
- Identify business opportunities and provide insights on competing products.
- Prepare clinical analyses and suggest strategies aligned with client needs.
- Participate in internal trainings, educational events, and conferences as a speaker.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a health-related field (Nursing, Biomedicine, or related disciplines).
- Experience in infection prevention or clinical education.
- Ability to deliver training and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Critical analysis skills and evidence-based decision-making.
- Advanced English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Preferred:
- Experience with medical or hospital products.
- Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and project management.
