Responsibilities
Act as the reference for market intelligence and data, transforming internal and external information into actionable insights to support new customer acquisition, anticipate competitor moves, and guide Fortbras' commercial strategy.
Analyze market, competitor, and sales data to identify opportunities for acquiring new customers.
Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards focused on decision-making and commercial performance.
Develop analyses of market potential, customer segmentation, and regional opportunities.
Support the definition of the new customer acquisition map (B2B, mechanics, and end consumers).
Translate complex data into clear narratives and practical recommendations for Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams.
Track acquisition KPIs including acquisition, activation, repurchase, initial churn, and channel-level productivity.
Work closely with the commercial team, supporting pilots, tests, and growth initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
Solid experience in data analysis applied to business.
Proficiency in building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
Experience with market information sources such as Nielsen, GeoFusion, etc.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Knowledge of SQL (desirable).
Experience with sales data, CRM, customer data, or commercial intelligence.
Previous experience in retail, distribution, B2B, or regional markets is a plus.
