About the role
- Analista de Planejamento organizing university events at Formô Brasil. Will involve planning and coordinating various aspects of the events with different teams.
Responsibilities
- Alignment with the production team according to the project events calendar
- Personalized support for commissions via (WhatsApp, email, outbound calls, Google Meet, etc.)
- Updating projects in e-formei with current project information
- Assisting in building the events calendar (resale of dates, pricing, paired-event strategies, etc.)
- Monthly updating of the project balance and production spreadsheets
- Implementing marketing plans focused on promoting event venues and projects
- Implementing final target plans for projects
- Creating and executing the schedule for ticket batch openings and transitions
- Participating in the entire selection process for products and items chosen by the commission for the project (Venue, Catering, Bar, Decoration, etc.)
- Planning and monitoring pre-event activities covered by the contract
- Planning and organizing full event requirements in spreadsheets
- Requesting artwork from the creative team
- Requesting and quoting promotional items for events
- Processing payment requests for supplier contracts.

- Availability to work events on weekends and holidays
