About the role

  • Salesforce service cloud agent functional Test lead and QA Automation Engineer supporting global teams. Ensures quality in developing consumer facing apps, tools, and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge in converting business requirements to test scripts and test cases.
  • Prepare test plan and test strategy based on product roadmap.
  • Knowledge of Selenium Test Environment (STE) and the ability to configure it.
  • Ability to create automated script and various integrations for Salesforce service cloud apps.
  • Communication and interaction with customers and engineering to solve their problems.
  • Development of equipment automation plans and their approval.
  • Ability to understand the end-to-end eco system of the application and find gaps in existing testing suite.
  • Knowledge of various programming languages such as TOSCA.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and automation tools.
  • Act as a pivotal person in arriving for Quality assurance for the service cloud apps.
  • Strong inclination towards shift left approach.
  • Designing, building, and implementing cross tool integrations.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in functional, regression and system integration testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Functional testing /TOSCA Automation testing.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to the audience.
