About the role
- Senior Product Manager at MPB shaping future products in a fast-paced tech-driven environment. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Responsibilities
- Understanding and championing the business, customer and user’s needs
- Defining Product Roadmap and what success looks like
- Working very closely with key stakeholders to shape goals for the product
- Collaborating with the Product Design team and key partners on discovery process
- Translating high-level solutions into epics and user stories with appropriate context and detail for the engineering team to deliver on
- Working closely with engineers, being available to answer questions and provide clarity whenever necessary
- Management and maintenance of the product backlog
- Leading sprint review meetings, demonstrating features and taking feedback from partners
- Producing and maintaining any relevant product documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Product Management role
- Familiarity with customer-centric product development methodologies and principles
- Familiarity with agile software development principles and approaches
- Comfortable translating business, system, and behavioural data into useful insights for validation and prioritisation
