About the role

  • Feature Strategy Analyst shaping future software-defined vehicles through actionable technology strategies. Collaborating across functions to define and architect cross-vehicle technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Feature Strategy Managers in developing and maintaining the 3-10 year strategic roadmap for specific domains, balancing innovative “north star” concepts with near-term technical constraints
  • Partner with Feature Strategy Managers to quantify the value of new features and enhancements, utilizing revenue and cost data to build compelling business cases that drive prioritization
  • Collaborate with the various vehicle program, digital product, and technology platform teams to synchronize vehicle-specific customer needs with technology strategies and hardware capabilities to support corporate portfolio prioritization activities
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis to identify high-growth feature opportunities in the connected vehicle space
  • Analyze warranty and customer satisfaction (CSAT) drivers, ensuring 'Design-for-Quality' is a core component of the feature strategy roadmap
  • Support the development of next generation vehicle architectures and full tech stack to enable world class experiences.
  • Contribute to team modernization and digital transformation by leveraging tools like Jira and Miro to manage complex workstreams, while actively shaping the adoption of next-generation roadmapping and AI-powered tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 3+ years professional experience focused on Product Management, Product Strategy, or Technical Program Management within tech or automotive sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to take large, disparate sets of information (technical specs, market trends, financial data) and distill into clear and concise strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency in creating competitive analyses, customer journey maps, and feature-value matrices with demonstrated experience using JIRA (or similar Agile management tools) to prioritize product backlogs and track project lifecycles
  • Strong technical literacy of the full tech stack (mechatronics hardware, sensors, APIs, and embedded software) and how they interact to create seamless customer experiences
