Work as part of a diverse team with process, safety, controls, Ford Land, and plant engineers as well as external engineering, suppliers, and installation contractors
Driving, tracking, and reporting status and progress to peers and leadership
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
Desire to build and hone a broad skill set including leading teams, project management, safety and ergonomics, materials planning and logistics, testing and validation, gauging, manufacturing processes and equipment, and presenting to leadership.
Strong drive and project management skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Equipment and process troubleshooting with a focus on implementing best possible resolutions for the overall enterprise.
Ability to develop project timing and coordinate activities to control all aspects of program deliverables across multiple organizations.
3D CAD review abilities, ability to read 2D blueprints and construction drawings.
